Well Child Checks

“For Kids on The Grow!” is our slogan. These are visits to ensure that your child is growing into a healthy adult (routine labs, growth parameters, vitals, hearing and vision screening, and development screens performed at these visits). Some of the procedures we will perform and record include:

Sick Care

Is your child is sick? We offer same day sick appointments! We understand how important it is for you to get your unwell child seen and treated as soon as possible.

Acute Injuries

Cuts, scrapes, sprains, dislocations and breaks are no stranger to growing kids or Springville Pediatrics! We have a state of the art x-ray machine and years of experience identifying and treating life’s bumps and bruises.

Vaccinations

Springville Pediatrics follow the AAP and CDC guidelines. Click here to view the 2018 Vaccine And Immunization List. We also provide flu shots.

Sports Physicals

Before participating in any competitive sports, your child should have a full physical exam. Just bring the form your child was given by the school or sporting club requiring the sports physical.

Sensory Inclusive Visits

We have a sensory room along with a sensory inclusive trained staff (certified by Kulture City) to ensure that all of our kiddos have the best experience possible.
